Ceramic honing stone for V-Sharp A4/Classic II |

These ceramic rods fit all Classic II and A4 sharpeners - regardless of color. They are intended for two purposes:
1. as a sharpening steel for final smoothing of the blade or for restoring the edge between sharpenings - here the manufacturer recommends setting the rods in the notch for a higher angle than the one at which you sharpened (this applies, of course, to sharpening at angles of 20 and 25°).
2. restoring jagged and saw-like blades on steak knives or pastry knives.
Ceramic rods are extremely hard (material: zirconium and corundum) and do not wear out.
The rods are attached to the movable frame of the sharpener by sliding and snapping without screwing.
Warning: ceramics are fragile, the rods must not be dropped on the ground, they may break after falling on a hard surface.
