|Are all your swords ready for use?
|Only part of swords in our catalog are designed to use for cutting or fencing, if you want to use your sword for any activity and you are not sure if it will work for you please contact us first and we will answer your question.
|Can I order products that are currently out of stock?
|Yes you can order that products, however shiping time will be longer than usual, we will inform you about estimated date of shiping your order.
|How long does it take to ship products that are currently out of stock?
|That depends if products are available at manufacturer/distributor. If product is available than it will take up to one month. If product is not available than it can take longer.
|How can I put my order?
|If you do not have an account in our shop create one here.
If you have an account in our shop, then log in, browse for products you would like to buy and add it to basket. When all products are in basket choose payment and delivery method and just confirm and submit your order.
|How can I pay for ordered products?
|You can choose payment method during checkout. You have few options: wire transfer, credit card. We currently do not ship C.O.D.
|What company ships orders?
|We currently ship via EMS, FEDEX, Post.
|How long does it take to ship my order?
|We do our best to send orders in 1-2 working days after you place an order. Shiping to your address can vary, and it can take from 1-2 days(Fedex) to 2-4 days(UPS, DHL) and 5-7 days(EMS). If ordered products are out of stock it will take longer because we have to get products first.
|How can I check if product is in stock or out of stock?
|Each product has star(blue or red) close to price. Blue star means that product is in stock, red star that product is out of stock. You can alaways ask by email how long does it take to get product back in stock.
|Are my personal data safe?
|Yes all forms with your personal data are submitted via secured channels(SSL). We do not share any personal data with any other companies in any case, we use your data only to issue an invoice and ship products.
|Can I cancel my order?
|Yes you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. You can call us or send us an email with information that you want to cancel an order.
|Can I return ordered products?
|Yes you can return ordered products in 10 days after receiving goods, but only when you did not used them and all products are in original condition and package. Prior to sending order back you have to let us know that you will return your order. When the order comes back to us we will refund you a full order price minus delivery charge.
|I cannot log in. I cannot change delivery or payment type in shopping cart. Whats going on?
|Can you inform me when product will be again in stock?
|Yes, we can send you email when product is in stock again. You just have to click on envelope image near price of choosen product, then enter your email. When product will be again in stock we will email you information about that.
|Will tomahawks prove themselves in all weather conditions?
|It depends on the model. It is not recommended to use products with plastic/polipropylene in temperatures below zero degrees Celsius, because in such conditions they lose their properties. This applies for example to plastic swords and machetes, shovels, tomahawks with plastic handles. Under the conditions of freezing temperatures they lose their elasticity which ensures their strength. And because of the usage (strikes causing major congestion locally) in such circumstances can be broken. Using them in sub-zero temperatures is not recommended and such damage is not covered by warranty. In sub-zero temperatures much better job will do tomahawks with wooden elements instead of plastic.
