The V-Sharp A4 Elite is adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener that sharpens your knife at a consistent angle every time. It uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously. Ideal for Kitchen, Fillet, Hunting and most other flat-blade knives.
Material: durable metal construction painted black, aluminum, plastic blade guide, wooden base with non-slip feet
Product includes: grinding bars with diamond dust surfaces with a grain size of 325 (coarser grain size of 270 or finer grain sizes of 600, 1000 and ceramic grinding bars can be ordered), finishing steels for smoothing the edge on the other side of the grinding bar, to save space during transportation, the sharpener is supplied unassembled in two pieces - sharpener and wooden base, two screws are included, with which you can easily screw the wooden base
Grinding angles: 15, 20, 25 and 30° adjustable according to the blade of the sharpened knife and the purpose of its use
