| Create an Account |
If you are going to buy from us more than once, it is better to create an account. It will allow you to track your orders status changes, track shipping, browse order history, add comments to products, collect points etc.
Make sure you have entered correct email address and phone number it will help you to get your order on time and with no problems(ex. shipping company can contact you if they have any questions about delivery time or how to get to your place).
You can also make one time orders with no need to register. |

| How to place order |
Put all products you are interested in into shopping cart.
Log in to your account(if you are not logged in already), or fill in shipping address if it is one time order.
Choose delivery method and payment type then click CONFIRM >>
If you have any points to spent you can use it here to lower delivery cost or choose free gift. Also if you want to make changes in your address or add different shipping address you can make it here(after you have changed data, go again to shopping card).
When you click CONFIRM >> you will be able to see summary value of your order and you can add comment about your order here.
After clicking Place order button your order is saved and you cannot modify it by yourself, please contact us ASAP to make any changes to your order when it is saved.
If you have chosen one of online payment options, after your order is saved you will see link to online payments. If you have ordered products that are out of stock, please contact us before making payment to confirm availability and predicted date of delivery.
You can pay for your order later from Order history >> Order details(for registered users only) or link in confirmation email. |

| How to track your order |
You will get email with tracking number when your order is shipped.
OR
1. Sign into your account in our store.
2. Go to Order history at the top of website.
3. Search your order on the list and click Details.
4. Click on tracking number below order details. |

| Withdrawal/Revocation of the Contract of Sale |
| In case you would like to return ordered goods, please inform us by email about your return request. Always include your customer name and the order number of the goods which shall be returned. Please note, that the request of return must be sent to us within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. Thereafter we will send you further instructions. |
